The infamous Leg Pull!
For #MarchMatness today, we’re bringing you a more advanced exercise that shows off your incredible strength as a mover.
Strong shoulders and arms? ✔️
Active abdominals muscles to help support the whole body?✔️
Leg strength?✔️
Every aspect of the body must be aligned, connected, and strong enough to work together to successfully complete this exercise.
And, once you do, you truly feel like a superhero!

Bringing you Saw on this beautiful Tuesday!
(No, not the horror movie franchise)
This exercise is all about working on rotation of the torso/spine, hamstring flexibility, and low back strengthening.
Saw is deceptive, as we’ve come to learn with a lot of our exercises.
If an individual is dealing with tight hamstrings/low back issues, this can be an uncomfortable position for someone to sit in, much less twist and move their body.
But once you’re able to, it truly feels amazing for the spine, back, and legs!🎉

Today we’re bringing you Side Lying Legs
If you’re like a lot of us who neglect the side hip/outside of the leg when you’re moving your body, you’re definitely going to feel this one!
These are just a few variations that an individual can do help strengthen their inner and outer thighs, work on hip mobility, and core strength (it’s actually quite difficult to hold the body to steady while rocking these exercises!)
Plus, it’s low impact, so it’s easily accessible to a wide range of individuals…Who doesn’t love that?

Don’t we all love a good Twist?
Today on #MarchMatness, we’re bringing you Spine Twist! A deceptive exercise that looks easy, but, when done correctly, can really work the whole body!
Obviously it helps with spinal flexibility and mobility, but it’s also a great exercise for breath, hamstring flexibility, balance, and posture!
Definitely a crowd pleaser in any session.

Day 19💪🏻
Today we’re looking at Swan
Like every other mat exercise, this one looks deceiving.
Every single part of the body has to be connected, supported, and focused on the task at hand to successfully create the Swan exercise.
Is it a lot of arms? For sure.
Does it incorporate extension? Obviously.
But the core is also active (duh.)
The legs are supporting the body as it comes up to prevent dumping in the low back.
And the back is working to protect the spine while in extension.
It’s a fun exercise!
But it’s also a little silly when we have to warn our clients “now be careful not to go too far and hit your face!”
(Some of us speak from experience….🤣)

Happy #MarchMatness Monday🎉🎉🎉
Today we’re bringing you a full body workout with Leg Pull Front…Think of a Plank 2.0.
This exercise works every single muscle in the body.
Your core is on to support your back, to keep you from dumping.
Your arms are holding you up.
Your legs are having to keep their strength and balance so you don’t topple over when lifting the other one.
If you’re feeling a Monday Mat Challenge, this is the exercise to do!
