• Contraindications: What types of exercises or positions should be avoided?
• Training needs: What are common areas of weakness or compensatory strategies in the hypermobile population?
• Exercises: How might traditional Pilates equipment and exercises be used or modified for the hypermobile population?

About Jennifer Milner

Jennifer Milner is a former professional dancer who has been a Pilates instructor for 23 years. Certified through the Kane School in New York City, Jennifer spent years working as a teacher trainer, raising a next generation of Pilates teachers. Having learned about hypermobility disorders through her own physical experiences, Jennifer is passionate about educating people on how to move in a healthy way and is the owner of Bodies In:Motion.She is the OG co-host of the Bendy Bodies with the Hypermobility MD podcast, and has presented on hypermobility at numerous conferences.
